Return and Refund
Eligibility For Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving your items.
- It should be in the same unused condition as when you received it.
- The original packaging should be intact.
- If you received a complimentary 15ml perfume with your full-size perfume purchase, it must be returned in its original, unused condition along with the full-size perfume. Please note that the 15ml perfume is complimentary to the purchase and must be returned as part of the return process.
- Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Instructions:
- Contact our customer service at info@chandrikathomas.co.uk to initiate the return process.
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on returning the item.
- Ensure to arrange a recorded and signed-for delivery through Royal Mail.
- Affix a safety sticker on the package for secure handling during transit.
Please Note: If your purchase was made at one of our events, we will need your full name, address, and the receipt to process the refund.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We ask that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure your return is safely received. We will not be responsible for any damage to the package during return shipping, so please ensure the item is securely packed and properly handled to avoid any issues.
Partial Returns:
If you are returning a part of a set, such as a complimentary 15ml perfume from a full-size purchase, the set must be returned in its complete, unused condition. If the complimentary item is not returned in its original, unused condition, the return request may be voided.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- We are unable to process a refund unless we receive the returned package and approve the return.
- If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- We do not accept returns on gifted items. However, if the gifted item is eligible for an exchange, we are happy to process the exchange as per our exchange policy.
Exchanges

- You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be in unused condition and its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase, such as the receipt, is required.
- Complimentary perfumes are not eligible for exchange.

- Once approved, you'll receive instructions on returning the item.

Responsibility Clause:
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details you provide are accurate. We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you’ve smelled the fragrance and wish to exchange it, that’s absolutely fine. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
